The Kitchen are delighted to be involved in a new cookbook called The Oxfordshire Cook Book, showcasing recipes from the finest foodie businesses, not only restaurants but also artisan makers and producers, in the area. We are thrilled to have been asked to contribute.
The book not only features recipes but also business stories from this buzzing food community.
Our section includes two recipes;
Roast Cotswold White Chicken, Herb and Potato Dumplings, Baby Vegetables and Saffron Broth
Garden Rhubarb, Strawberries and Custard
Both these dishes are not only taste delicious but are delightful on the eye.
Other entries include; the fabulous Michelin-starred The Nut Tree Inn at Murcott, The Oxford Cheese Company the brilliant producer of one of our favourite cheeses, Oxford Blue and one of my personal favourites, Cotswold Baking, who make delicious gluten free cakes and desserts – really yummy!
